习近平法治思想的基本精神和核心要义

The Basic Spirit and Essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law

习近平法治思想是当代中国马克思主义法治理论、21世纪马克思主义法治理论,是思想深邃、内涵丰富、意蕴深刻、逻辑严密、系统完备的科学理论体系。近年来,对习近平法治思想的阐释和解读逐渐深入,形成了"三新""三基""六论"等学理范式。全文以习近平同志在中央全面依法治国工作会议上的重要讲话和其他重要讲话为基本依据,以中央全面依法治国工作会议精神和中央领导同志对习近平法治思想的科学阐释为学理范式,从六个方面对习近平法治思想的基本精神和核心要义作出学理型解读。

Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law is the Marxist theory of Rule of Law of contemporary China and the 21 st century.It is a comprehensive scientific theory system which features deep thought,rich connotations,profound implication and rigorous logic.In recent years,interpretations and readings of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law have been further developed,formulating such theoretical paradigms as"new concepts,new thinking and new strategies","primary-level institutions,fundamental work and basic competence"and"Six Argumentations".Taking Xi Jinping’s speech at the Central Conference on Law-based Governance Work and other important speeches as fundamental basis,the spirit of Central Conference on Law-based Governance Work and scientific interpretations of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law made by comrades of the Central Committee as its theoretical paradigm,this paper makes a theoretical interpretation of the basic spirit and essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law from six aspects.
