2014—2018年乌鲁木齐农村中小学生视力不良变化趋势

Change trend of poor eyesight in students from rural primary and secondary schools in Urumqi from 2014 to 2018

目的调查2014—2018年乌鲁木齐农村中小学生视力数据,了解乌鲁木齐农村中小学生视力情况及变化规律,为近视防控提供依据。方法采取全国学生体质健康调研抽取的乌鲁木齐农村哨点观察学校的全体中小学生秋季学期健康体检数据,整理后采用SPSS 19.0软件统计分析,资料来源于乌鲁木齐市中小学卫生保健所。结果2014—2018年乌鲁木齐农村中小学生视力不良总体检出率基本平稳,2014—2018年视力不良检出率女生(34.4%)高于男生(27.2%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论2014—2018年乌鲁木齐农村中小学生视力不良检出率无明显增加,女生视力不良检出率及重度视力不良检出率均高于男生;在全面联动控制中小学生视力不良的同时,还应通过改变女生户外活动形式以降低女生视力不良检出率。

Objective To investigate the visual acuity of students from rural primary and secondary schools in Urumqi from2014 to 2018,understand the eyesight situation and changing rules,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of myopia.Methods The data of health examination in autumn term of students from all rural sentinel primary and secondary schools selected during the national student constitution survey in Urumqi were collected from Urumqi Health Care Institute for Primary and Secondary School,and analyzed with SPSS 19.0 after data collation.Results The general detection rate of poor eyesight was basically stable in the student of rural primary and secondary school in Urumqi from 2014 to 2018.The detection rate of poor eyesight was higher in female students(34.4%)than in male students(27.2%),with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusions There was no significant increase of the detection rate of poor eyesight in the students of rural primary and secondary schools in Urumqi from 2014 to 2018.The detection rate of poor eyesight and severe version impairment were higher in the female students than in the male students.The poor eyesight of the students from primary and secondary school should be controlled by overall coordination,meanwhile,the detection rate of poor eyesight of the female students should be decreased by changing style of outdoor exercise.
