摘要 优秀的交际能力,既是个体参与社会生活的必备素质,也是展现高素质公民的基本能力。新课程教育改革工作推行与社会文明进程的加快,要求更加重视对学生精神素养与语言运用能力的培育。语文教育作为帮助学生积累知识、强化口语交际能力、提升人文素养的主要课程,需要教师针对教学实际情况存在的问题,根据学生学习规律、交际准则与学习兴趣,建立高质量授课环境,才能保证口语交际教育工作有效开展。 Excellent communicative competence is not only the necessary quality for individuals to participate in social life,but also the basic ability to show high-quality citizens.The implementation of the new curriculum education reform and the acceleration of the process of social civilization require more attention to the cultivation of students’spiritual literacy and language ability.As the main course to help students accumulate knowledge,strengthen oral communication ability and improve humanistic quality,Chinese education needs teachers to establish a high-quality teaching environment according to students’learning rules,communication standards and learning interests,so as to ensure the effective development of oral communication education.
