摘要
身体素质是学生参与一切体育运动的基础,想要在初中体育教育中提升学生的学习效率与质量,促进学生学科素养的提升,教育工作者就应对学生身体素质的培养重视起来,积极的应用高强度间歇训练法,加强对学生耐力的训练。基于此,本文将针对高强度间歇训练法在初中学生耐力素质提高中的运用展开研究。
Physical quality is the basis for students to participate in all sports.If they want to improve students’learning efficiency and quality and promote students’subject literacy in junior middle school physical education,educators should pay attention to the cultivation of students’physical quality,actively apply high-intensity intermittent training method and strengthen the training of students’endurance.Based on this,this paper will study the application of high-intensity interval training in the improvement of junior middle school students’endurance quality.
