浅谈班级管理中的两级分化

摘要 通常情况下,在一个班级内,同时存在后进生和优等生,教师需要对其进行科学管理,使其教育工作面向全体学生,保障学生整体素质,本文综合探究在具体开展班级管理中处理两极分化问题的具体策略,分别从教学理念,学生个体,教育方法,学生干部,舞台展示,教师素质,家校联合七个角度展开分析,确保能够对班级两级分化问题进行更为有效的处理。 under normal circumstances,within one class,the underachiever and top students at the same time,teachers need to carry on the scientific management,make its work education geared to the needs of all students,guarantee students’overall quality,this paper comprehensive exploration carried out in specific class management deals with the problem of polarization in the specific strategies,respectively,from teaching philosophy,student individual,the education method,the student cadre,stage show,teachers’quality,home school seven joint Angle analysis,make sure you are able to more effectively the problems of the class polarized processing.
