摘要 随着社会文明的快速发展,中华民族的传统美德成为各阶段学校德育教育的重要内容。在小学班级管理工作中,将感恩这一传统美德渗透到学生头脑之中,有助于小学生拥有更良好的品格。感恩,是将个人情感与品德言行转换的力量所在。能够在获得他人帮助后以德报德,是每一位公民的基本素养之一。在班主任工作中渗透感恩教育,加强感恩教育实践创新,有利于小学班级管理目标的实现。 With the rapid development of social civilization,the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation have become an important content of school moral education at all stages.In the management of elementary school classes,the traditional virtue of gratitude can be infiltrated into the minds of students,which will help the pupils to have better character.Gratitude is the power that transforms personal emotions and moral character.Being able to repay virtue after getting help from others is one of the basic qualities of every citizen.Infiltrating gratitude education in the work of the head teacher and strengthening the practice and innovation of gratitude education are conducive to the realization of primary school class management goals.
