幼儿户外体育指导质量影响因素与对策分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Children’s Outdoor Sports Instruction Quality

户外体育运动教学中,教师需要发挥监督、指导作用对幼儿的行为进行正确的引导,以此来规范幼儿行为,促进幼儿身心健康发展。但是在具体实践中,由于教师专业水平参差不齐,没有树立正确的教育理念等因素的限制,导致在户外体育运动中缺乏科学、合理的指导。本文对对幼儿户外体育指导的重要性、幼儿户外体育指导质量的影响因素进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了提高幼儿户外体育指导质量的对策,期望给提高幼儿户外体育指导质量提供有价值的参考。

In outdoor sports teaching,teachers need to play the role of supervision and guidance to guide children’s behavior correctly,so as to standardize children’s behavior and promote children’s physical and mental health development.However,in the specific practice,due to the uneven professional level of teachers and the lack of setting up correct education concept and other factors,the lack of Science in outdoor sports is caused reasonable guidance.This paper analyzes the importance of children’s outdoor sports guidance and the influencing factors of children’s outdoor sports guidance quality,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of children’s outdoor sports guidance,hoping to provide valuable reference for improving the quality of children’s outdoor sports guidance.
