摘要
在现代社会不断发展过程中,合作能力已经成为每个人应该具备的一项必备素养,教育要从小抓起,幼儿教育是对孩子的重要启蒙教育时期,幼儿教师应该把培养幼儿的合作能力作为一个重要教学任务,精心设计教学过程,引导他们学会主动参与合作,懂得互帮互助,从而获得更好的教学效果。在具体教学当中,幼儿教师要充分利用身边事物进行积极指导,可以让幼儿在游戏中感受合作乐趣,营造良好的合作环境,注意发挥榜样的作用,还应该开展家园合作,从而实现培养幼儿合作能力的教学目标。本文主要围绕幼儿教育中孩子合作能力的培养策略进行了探究,以供参考交流。
In the process of the continuous development of modern society,the ability of cooperation has become a necessary quality that everyone should have.Education should start from childhood.Early childhood education is an important period of enlightenment education for children.Kindergarten teachers should take the cultivation of children’s cooperation ability as an important teaching task,carefully design the teaching process,and guide them to actively participate in cooperation and understand how to help each other In order to obtain better teaching effect.In the specific teaching,preschool teachers should make full use of the things around them for active guidance,so that children can feel the fun of cooperation in the game,create a good cooperation environment,pay attention to the role of role models,and should also carry out home cooperation,so as to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating children’s cooperation ability.This paper mainly explores the Cultivation Strategies of children’s cooperative ability in early childhood education,for reference and exchange.
