全面性护理在子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血中的应用价值

The application value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by uterine artery embolization

目的探讨全面性护理在子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血中的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年4月至2020年10月子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施全面性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组阴道出血持续时间、出血量均低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血的患者中实施全面性护理可有效缩短阴道出血时间,减少出血量,预防并发症,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by uterine artery embolization.Methods 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated by uterine artery embolization in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The duration and amount of vaginal bleeding in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding and prevent complications in patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated by uterine artery embolization.The nursing effect is significant and can be widely used in clinical practice.
