河南省乡村振兴与新型城镇化耦合协调研究

Study on the Coupling and Coordination of Rural Revitalization and New Urbanization in Henan Province

乡村振兴和新型城镇化是缩小城乡收入差距,促进城乡融合发展的重要战略。选用河南省2010至2020年乡村振兴与新型城镇化各评价指标体系的代表性数据作为分析研究的基本依据,使用熵值法计算各指标权重并通过结合耦合协调度模型对河南省乡村振兴与新型城镇化的耦合情况进行测度,最后得出结论:近年来河南省乡村振兴与新型城镇化的改革发展都取得阶段性进步,但河南省乡村振兴的发展水平落后于河南省新型城镇化的发展水平;即使目标和政策立足点不同的,但河南省乡村振兴与新型城镇化建设之间互相牵引,存在很强的互动关系;河南省乡村振兴与新型城镇化两个系统耦合协调的程度较高,且有趋于良好的发展态势。

Rural revitalization and new urbanization are strategies to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and promote their integrated development.Studying them is of practical significance to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.This paper analyzes the data of Henan Province from 2010 to 2020 to measure their coupling coordination degree.It is found that rural revitalization and new urbanization in Henan Province have made certain progress in recent years.However,the development of rural revitalization lags behind that of new urbanization.With different goals and footholds,there is a strong interactive relationship between the two.Rural revitalization and new urbanization in Henan Province have a high degree of coupling and coordination as well as a good development trend.
