摘要
随着我国各大油田非常规油藏的开发,对有杆抽油系统中抽油杆产品的性能提出了更高的要求,导致抽油杆的性能指标也发生了相应的变化。通过研究抽油杆检测标准的发展历程,梳理出抽油杆的性能指标、检测项目及检验方法变化,分析了抽油杆产品的发展趋势,并对抽油杆检测技术提出了优化建议,为抽油杆标准的使用、国家标准的制定和检测技术的发展提供了技术参考。
With the development of unconventional oil reservoirs in some large oilfileds of China,the performance of sucker rods in rod pumping system needs to have higher requirements,which results in the corresponding changes in the performance index of sucker rods.By studying the development course of inspection standards for sucker rods,the change of performance index,inspection items and inspection methods of sucker rods are summarized.The development trend of sucker rods was analyzed,and optimization suggestions for sucker rods detection technology were put forward,which provided technical reference for the use of sucker rod standards,the formulation of national standards and the development of detection technology.
