新工科背景下大学生创新创业能力培养路径

Path of Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of College Students in the Context of New Engineering Science

在教育机制全面改革的背景下,高等院校需要顺应时代发展,严格落实新工科建设要求,积极调整人才培养模式,将大学生创新创业能力纳入人才培养目标,从而培育出契合社会现代化建设要求、符合行业企业发展新需求的创新人才。基于此,该文立足新工科背景,分析了实施大学生创新创业教育的积极影响,总结了大学生创新创业教育面临的困境,并从理念更新、课程优化、制度建设、实践平台打造4个方面提出了大学生创新创业能力培养的路径,旨在为高等院校创新创业教育深入开展提供思路。

Under the background of comprehensive reform of education system,institutions of higher education need to comply with the development of the times,strictly implement the requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines,actively adjust the talent cultivation mode,and integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students into the objectives of talent cultivation,so as to cultivate innovative talents that meet the requirements of modernization of the society and meet the new needs of the development of industrial enterprises.Based on this,the article analyzes the positive influence of the implementation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the background of new engineering disciplines,summarizes the dilemmas faced by college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,and puts forward the path of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation in the four aspects of concept updating,curriculum optimization,system construction,and practice platform building,which is aimed at providing ideas for the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
