摘要
在“双创”教育背景下,现行的创新人才培养模式存在一定的不足。该文通过政策解读和现有资源分析,探讨了高校人才培养的不足,分析了创新人才培养的原则,并从学科竞赛的角度探讨了人才培养模式与学科竞赛的关系,及如何从多个角度促进创新人才培养模式的发展,认为基于学科竞赛平台对学生进行创业训练能够有效服务地方乡村发展和消费升级转型,并为创新人才培养模式提供路径。
In the context of“double innovation”education,there are certain shortcomings in the current innovative talent training model.This article explores the shortcomings of talent training in universities through policy interpretation and existing resource analysis,analyzes the principles of innovative talent training,and explores the relationship between talent training models and subject competitions from the perspective of subject competitions,as well as how to promote the development of innovative talent training models from multiple perspectives.It is believed that entrepreneurship training for students based on subject competition platforms can effectively serve local rural development and consumption upgrading transformation,and provide paths for innovative talent cultivation models.
