摘要
在国内稳就业、促就业的大环境下,高校开设职业生涯规划和就业指导课程具有重要意义。针对课程教学存在的教学内容针对性不强、学生学习效果浮于表面、学生学习过程投入低等问题,该文构建了通识与专业、时间与空间、个人与团队的“三元交互”教学模式。从专业培养方案为切入点,以通识教育助力专业教育实现人才培养目标;发挥课程作用,使教与学有机结合;构建导师团队,实现学生—教师—校友—企业人员交流互动。
In the context of promoting employment and ensuring stability in China,it is of great significance for universities to carry out career planning and employment guidance courses.In response to problems such as weak targeting of teaching content,superficial learning effects of students,and low student learning engagement,this article proposes a"three-dimensional interaction"teaching model that integrates general and professional education,time and space,and individual and team learning.Starting from the professional training plan,general education helps professional education achieve talent training goals,while teaching and learning are organically combined on the basis of the course.A mentor team is also established to facilitate interaction among students,teachers,alumni,and business personnel.
