摘要
目的该文通过将标准化病人(SP)应用于临床技能教学及培训,通过医学生在临床技能培训及考核中情况的分析,探索标准化病人教学方式在临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用实验性研究方法,对实验组和对照组的教学效果进行比较和评价。结果实验组第二站、第三站成绩有明显上升趋势,实验组学生及教师对标准化病人教学满意度较高。结论标准化病人的应用有利于提高临床教学质量,有助于培养学生的临床综合能力,能够缓解教学资源紧缺的问题。
Objective In this paper,standardized patients(SP)were applied in the teaching and training of clinical skills.Through the analysis of the situation of medical students in the training and assessment of clinical skills,to explore the application effect of SP in clinical teaching.Methods This paper used experimental research method to compare and evaluate the teaching effect of the experimental group and the control group.Results The scores of the second and third stations in the experimental group showed a significant upward trend,and the students and teachers in the experimental group were more satisfied with SP teaching.Conclusion The application of standardized patients is conducive to improving the quality of clinical teaching,cultivating students'clinical comprehensive ability,and alleviating the shortage of teaching resources.
