摘要
为深入研究大学生创新创业训练计划项目(以下简称“大创项目”)背景下大学生的创新能力,全面提高高校人才培养能力,该文以创新人才培养的理念和内涵为基础,采用AHP法,构建了由4个一级指标和16个二级指标组成的大学生创新能力评价体系,并采用模糊综合评价法,对天津市某高校大学生的创新能力进行了量化评估,以期更好地发掘大学生的创新潜力,促进高校人才培养。
In order to study the innovation ability of college students in the context of the National Training Program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Undergraduates(hereinafter referred to as“Da Chuang Project”),comprehensively improve the talent training ability of higher education institutions,the study based on the concept and connotation of innovative talent training,used AHP method to construct an evaluation system of college students'innovation ability,consisting of 4 primary indicators such as innovation spirit and 16 secondary indicators such as innovative thinking,and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the innovation ability of college students in a university of Tianjin to provide a quantitative basis for the cultivation of college students'innovation consciousness and innovation ability.
