摘要
高校大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程改革,对提升大学生的就业能力,促进大学生实现更加充分和更高质量就业具有重要意义。该文基于OBE教育理念对大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程进行改革,详细分析了传统课程教学中存在的问题,着重从培养目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等方面提出了优化措施,以期进一步提高大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程教学质量,促进大学生实现更加充分和更高质量就业。
The teaching reform of college students career planning and employment guidance is of great significance for improving college students'employment ability and promoting college students to achieve more full and higher quality employment.Based on the concept of OBE,this paper carried out the curriculum reform of college students'career planning and employment guidance.This paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the curriculum of college students'career planning and employment guidance in detail,puts forward optimization measures in the aspects of curriculum objective planning,curriculum content reform,curriculum method innovation and curriculum assessment mechanism,so as to further promote the effective implementation of college students'career planning and employment guidance and promote college students to achieve more full and higher quality employment.
