新文科背景下创新型人才培养是工业工程类专业改革发展的重要内容。该文以某地方高校工业工程类专业为创新型人才培养改革研究对象,通过分析地方高校工业工程专业的教学理念、教学方法、教学设计和教学模式,了解创新型人才培养的现状。在此基础上,分析工业工程类专业创新型人才培养难题,结合多学科深度交叉、校企深度协同和课外创新赋能三个方面,提出了创新型人才培养改革路径,对促进新文科背景下工业工程类专业创新型人才培养改革具有重要的现实意义。

The cultivation of innovative talents in the background of the new liberal arts is the important content of the reform and development of industrial engineering majors. This paper takes the industrial engineering major of a local university as the research object of innovative talents cultivation reform, and understands the current situation of innovative talents cultivation by analyzing the teaching concept, teaching methods, teaching design and teaching mode of the industrial engineering majors of a local university. On this basis, it analyzes the difficulties and gives the reform path of innovative talents cultivation in three aspects: deep intersection of multiple disciplines, deep collaboration between schools and enterprises, and extra-curricular innovation empowerment. It is of great practical significance to promote the reform of innovative talents cultivation in industrial engineering majors in the context of new liberal arts.
