后疫情时期高校教师能力提升的思考

在“双一流”学校建设背景下,教师是高校的重要资源,是关系高校教育竞争力、教学质量以及发展潜力的重要因素。而在后疫情时期,全国高等院校掀起的大规模线上教学给教师带来新变化的同时也带来了新的问题与挑战。那么如何创新高校教师的培养方法和机制,合理高效地利用信息化教学,提升教师自身觉悟和教学能力,值得我们思考。该文主要针对后疫情时期高校教师面对的问题和挑战进行分析,并针对性地提出建议,进而解决高校教师在教学中遇到的问题,为“双一流”、人才强校、教育强国等的落实创设良好的条件。

In the context of the construction and reform of"double first-class"schools,teachers are important resources of colleges and universities,and important factors related to the educational competitiveness,teaching quality and development potential of colleges and universities.In the post epidemic period,the large-scale online teaching launched by colleges and universities across the country has brought new changes to teachers and new problems and challenges.So how to innovate the training methods and mechanisms of college teachers,make rational and efficient use of information-based teaching,and improve teachers’awareness and teaching ability is worth thinking about.This paper mainly analyzes the problems and challenges faced by college teachers in the post epidemic period,and puts forward targeted suggestions,so as to solve the problems encountered in the development of college teachers in special periods,especially in teaching,and create good conditions for the implementation of national strategies such as"double first-class""strong schools with talents"and"powerful education".
