摘要
测绘地理信息行业的快速发展,对人才素质提出新的要求。测绘地理信息技术专业群课程体系的合理构建与有效实施,直接关系到人才培养的质量。该文依托测绘地理信息产业学院,以“岗位-能力-课程”对接为原则,按照专业群课程体系构建的五个步骤,在充分开展专业群需求调研的基础上,确定了三大核心岗位群和35个岗位核心能力,在此基础上,基于工作过程,开发了四层递进的测绘地理信息技术专业群课程体系,并通过校企共建课程团队、课程标准、课程资源、课程平台,共同开展“课赛研创”一体化教学活动,取得了一系列教育教学成果。
The rapid development of surveying and mapping geographic information industry has put forward new and higher requirements for talent quality.The reasonable construction and effective implementation of the curriculum system of surveying and mapping geographic information technology professional group are directly related to the quality of talent training.Based on the college of surveying,mapping and geographic information industry and the principle of“position-ability-course”docking,according to the five steps of the construction of the curriculum system of the professional group,and on the basis of fully carrying out the research on the needs of the professional group,three core job groups and the core competencies of 35 posts are determined in this paper.On this basis,a four-level progressive curriculum system of surveying and mapping geographic information technology professional group has been developed based on the working process.Through university-enterprise cooperation of curriculum team,curriculum standards,curriculum resources and curriculum platform,the integrated teaching activities of“curriculum competition,research and innovation”have been jointly carried out,and a series of educational and teaching achievements have been achieved.
