高职院校科技创新团队培育策略探讨

Discussion on Cultivating Strategy of Science and Technology Innovation Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校科技创新团队是高职科技创新体系的重要组成部分,加强科技创新团队的建设与培育是高职院校提升科研水平、创新能力和服务经济的关键。目前,各高职院校根据需要也成立了不少科技创新团队,但还存在许多问题,如团队认知度和满意度较低,参与积极性不高等。该文从剖析高职科技创新团队建设中存在的现实问题出发,探讨科技创新团队建设的有效途径,为提升我国高职院校科技创新团队的运行实效提供借鉴。

The scientific and technological innovation team of higher vocational colleges is an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system of higher vocational colleges.Strengthening the construction and cultivation of scientific and technological innovation team is the key to improve the scientific research level,innovation ability and service economy of higher vocational colleges.At present,many scientific and technological innovation teams have been set up in higher vocational colleges according to the needs,but there are still many problems,such as low awareness and satisfaction degree of the team and low participation enthusiasm.Based on the analysis of the practical problems existing in the construction of higher vocational science and technology innovation team,this paper discusses the effective ways of the construction of science and technology innovation team,so as to provide reference for improving the operational effectiveness of higher vocational science and technology innovation team.
