基于素质教育的高校学术道德建设改革创新策略研究——以东北大学为例

Research on the Reform and Innovation Strategies of University Academic Morality Construction based on Quality Education——Take Northeastern University as An Example

面向我国学术道德与素质教育相关战略政策,立足高校育人进行学术道德建设改革创新策略研究。以东北大学为例阐述基于素质教育的高校学术道德建设制度现状与成就现状;基于素质教育分析探讨高校学术道德建设存在道德规范意识薄弱、价值观念动摇、专业教育与学术道德建设脱节、道德培育体系不健全四大问题;提出加强制度管理创新实现专业融合、加强创新教育创新构建学术创新模式、加强素质教育实现意识形态培育新模式的三大高校学术道德建设改革创新对策。理论与实践可得,基于素质教育的高校学术道德建设是高校育人的重要环节之一,通过科学合理的学术道德建设策略不断指引高校培育出一流高素质的时代领军人才。

Facing my country’s academic ethics and quality education related strategic policies,based on the education of colleges and universities to carry out academic ethics construction reform and innovation strategy research.Take Northeastern University as an example to illustrate the status quo and achievement status of academic moral construction in colleges and universities based on quality education;explore the lack of moral consciousness,shaken values,disjointed academic moral construction,and incomplete moral cultivation based on quality education analysis.Four major reasons;three major reform and innovation countermeasures for academic ethics in colleges and universities:strengthening system management innovation to achieve professional integration,strengthening innovative education innovation to build an academic innovation model,and strengthening quality education to achieve a new model of ideological cultivation.The construction of academic ethics in colleges and universities based on quality education is one of the important links of college education.Through scientific and reasonable academic ethics construction strategies,colleges and universities are continuously guided to cultivate first-class and high-quality leading talents of the times.
