Research on the Current Situation and Path of College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship under the New Normal

随着我国经济发展进入新常态,要重点关注大学生的就业创业问题,面对社会形势变化带来的新挑战和新压力,政府、学校和学生各方均要注重发挥创造性思维,从不同层面和维度探索新常态下大学生就业创业的实现路径,并充分利用互联网鼓励大学生就业创业,培养大学生的就业创业动机、创业能力和创业人格,更好地顺应我国高等教育改革创新实践的要求,培养与新常态背景相适应的创新型人才。

With China’s economic development entering the new normal,we should focus on the employment and Entrepreneurship of college students.In the face of new challenges and pressures brought about by the changes of social situation,the government,schools and students should pay attention to the development of creative thinking and explore the realization path of College Students’employment and entrepreneurship in the new normal from different levels and dimensions.And make full use of the Internet to encourage college students’employment and entrepreneurship,cultivate their employment and entrepreneurship motivation,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial personality,to better comply with the requirements of China’s higher education reform and innovation practice,and cultivate innovative talents suitable for the background of the new normal.
