Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competence of College Students in the New Economy

新经济常态的到来将给我国经济的发展带来新的挑战和更多的机遇。以经济为纽带的创新创业更是面临着新的难题和机遇。大学生是创新创业的中坚力量,在政府政策以及高校创业教育的指导下,我国大学生参与创业的数量在逐年增长,但大学生创业胜任力发展水平欠缺。该文基于胜任力理论的研究,结合我国创业情况,分析创业现象,该文对目前我国高校毕业生创业过程中的胜任能力存在的主要问题和归因进行分析,从大学生创业个体内在因素和外在因素的视角提出建议。

The arrival of the new economic normal will bring new challenges and more opportunities to China’s economic development.The innovation and entrepreneurship linked by economy is facing new problems and opportunities.College students are the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the guidance of government policies and the guidance of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,the number of college students participating in Entrepreneurship in China is increasing year by year,but the development level of entrepreneurial competence of college students is insufficient.Based on the research of competency theory,this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial phenomenon combined with the entrepreneurial situation in China.This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of college graduates’competency in the process of entrepreneurship,and puts forward suggestions based on the perspective of internal and external factors of College Students’entrepreneurship.
