A Study on the Role of Rural College Graduates in Rural Revitalization and Its Influencing Factors——Taking College Graduates in Wenzhou for Example

基于乡村振兴"三步走"战略,精准打造一支助力乡村振兴战略的大学生人才队伍,是对国家政策要求的积极响应。该文以温州地区部分高校毕业生就业流向为例,对大学生助力乡村振兴现状进行分析,剖析大学生在乡村振兴战略中的重要作用和意义,明确制约大学生返乡就业的诸多因素,探析国家、社会、高校、家庭、个人等多方努力措施,助力农村大学生返乡就业,为培养"懂农业、爱农村、爱农民"的乡村振兴大学生人才队伍提供有效建议。

Based on the"three-step"strategy of rural revitalization,it is a positive response to the requirements of national policies to build a college student talent team to help Rural Revitalization Strategy accurately.This paper taking the employment flow of some college graduates in Wenzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of College Students’helping rural revitalization,analyzes the important role and significance of college students in Rural Revitalization Strategy,clarifies the many factors restricting college students’returning to their hometown for employment,and explores the efforts of the state,society,universities,families and individuals to help rural college students return to their hometown for employment,so as to cultivate students’employment in rural areas"Understand agriculture,love the countryside,love farmers"Rural Revitalization of college students to provide effective suggestions.
