场景驱动的产业数字化动态能力作用机制研究

Research on Mechanism of Context-Driven Industrial Digital Dynamic Capability

以工程建设领域的领军企业—中国铁建为案例研究对象,从产业机会感知、产业机会把控、产业生态重构三大核心场景出发,系统研究了场景驱动的产业数字化动态能力的作用机制。研究发现:中国铁建围绕三大核心场景,对数字化转型提出的复杂综合性需求,通过构建产业数字化动态能力,显著加强了商业机会精准感知、商业机会高效把控和内外部多元主体协同,加速了组织自身效率提升和产业链供应链变革重构。进一步归纳了场景驱动的产业数字化动态能力作用机理,即以“数据要素驱动、科技平台支撑、生态融合共生”为引领,建构了“环境感知、资源整合、优化配置”的动态能力,两者围绕商业机会感知、商业机会把控、供应链及产业生态重塑三个场景中的复杂综合性需求融合互动,最终实现企业自身竞争优势重塑和加速产业数字化转型的“内与外”双重价值。从场景驱动的视角,拓展了动态能力理论,为加快推进产业数字化与数字中国建设提供重要政策和实践启示。

Taking China Railway Construction Corporation,a leading enterprise in the field of engineering construction,as a case,this paper systematically studies the mechanism of the industrial digital dynamic capability driven by the three core contexts,including industrial opportunity perception,industrial opportunity control and industrial ecological reconstruction.And it found that China Railway Construction Corporation,based on the complex and comprehensive needs of the three core contexts for digital transformation,has significantly improved the accurate perception of business opportunities,the efficient control of business opportunities and the coordination of internal and external multiple subjects by building the dynamic ability of industry digitalization,which has accelerated the improvement of the organization’s own efficiency and the transformation and reconstruction of the industrial chain supply chain.It further summarizes the mechanism of context-driven industrial digital dynamic capability,that is,it constructs the dynamic capability of“environmental perception,resource integration,and optimal allocation”under the guidance of“data element driven,technology platform support,and ecological integration and symbiosis”.The integration and interaction of complex and comprehensive needs in the three contexts of supply chain and industrial ecological remodeling will ultimately realize the“internal and external”dual value of reshaping the enterprise’s own competitive advantage and accelerating the digital transformation of the industry.It contributes the dynamic capability theory from the perspective of context driven,and provides important policy and practical enlightenment for accelerating the industrial digitalization and the construction of Digital China.
