摘要
在城市化进程中,水涝灾害逐渐加剧,影响了城市化建设进程,为此,提出了“海绵城市”概念。海绵城市概念的提出有力推动了新型城镇化和生态文明建设,而海绵城市建设需要根据不同城市地域特点进行。该文以重庆山城地貌特点为基础,结合海绵城市低影响开发设施技术,从城市下垫面和降雨特征两方面分别探讨了低影响开发技术在山地城市海绵建设规划中的应用。
In the process of urbanization,waterlogging disasters are gradually intensifying,which affects the process of urbanization construction.For this reason,the concept of“sponge city”is proposed.The proposal of this concept has actively promoted the new mode of urbanization and the construction of ecological civilization,and the construction of sponge city needs to be conducted according to the characteristics of different cities.Based on the landform characteristics of the mountainous city Chongqing,and combined with the low-impact development facility technology of sponge city,this paper discussed the application of thr low-impact development technology in the planning of sponge construction in mountainous cities from the aspects of the urban underlying surface and rainfall characteristics.
