既有工业建筑室内环境绿色化改造关键技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 工业建筑作为城市建筑的重要组成部分,其既有存量随着城市功能提升和产业升级转型而不断增加,如何结合建筑绿色化发展要求实施既有工业建筑的品质提升改造,从而破解既有工业建筑废弃和闲置难题,已成为建筑行业亟需解决的问题。该文通过梳理分析既有工业建筑改造的现状与绿色化需求,从室内采光品质提升、室内通风品质提升、室内热环境品质提升等方面,研究解决工业建筑室内环境绿色化改造中的关键技术问题,提出了实施工业建筑绿色化改造中的室内环境品质提升技术路径和解决方案。 As an important part of urban architecture,industrial buildings show an increasing stock with the improvement of urban functions and industrial upgrading and transformation.How to implement the quality improvement and renovation of existing industrial buildings in combination with the buildings’requirement of green development,so as to evade the abandoning and lyingaround of existing industrial buildings,has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction industry.By analyzing the renovation situation and the greening needs of the existing industrial buildings,this paper studied the key technical problems in the green transformation of the indoor environment of industrial buildings from several aspects:the quality improvement of indoor lighting,the quality improvement of indoor ventilation,and the quality improvement of indoor thermal environment,etc.The technical paths and solutions for the quality improvement indoor environment in the implementation of green transformation of industrial buildings were proposed.
