摘要
随着人们对电动汽车续航里程关注的日益增长,提升电动车的续航里程变得十分必要,车身轻量化是实现该目标的路径之一。本文基于纯电动车碰撞安全性能,运用多学科优化商用软件optimus,对车身进行轻量化设计。本次设计,不仅同时考虑了柱碰和侧碰两种工况,而且变量选取上包括了材料厚度和牌号两种类别。经过抽样分析,得到了变量与关键测点性能的相关性。最后通过联合柱碰和侧碰的优化计算,在不损失碰撞性能的同时,使得车身重量由337.34kg降到333.07kg,实现了车身轻量化目标。
As people pay more attention to the range of electric vehicles,it is necessary to improve the range of electric vehicles,body lightweight is one of the ways to achieve this goal.This paper was based on pure electric vehicle crash safety performance,utilizing multidisciplinary optimization commercial software optimus for lightweight design of electric vehicle.In this design,not only pole and side impact were considered simultaneously,but also the selection of variables includes material thickness and brand.After sampling analysis,the correlation between variables and the performance of key measurement points were obtained.Finally,the optimal calculation of pole and side impact were carried out,which could reduce the weight of the body from 337.34 kg to 333.07 kg without losing the crash performance.The goal of body lightweight was achieved.
