浅谈水利水电施工项目质量保证的制度体系建设

施工质量是目前水利水电建设项目中存在的突出问题之一,为了提高工程施工质量,水利水电建设项目参建各方都建立了质量管理体系。目前,虽有文献提及具体工程的施工质量保证体系,但全面介绍施工单位现场质量保证制度体系构建的文献却并不多见,本文从施工管理角度出发,对水利水电工程施工单位质量保证的制度体系进行了概括与总结。

Construction quality is one of the outstanding problems in water conservancy and hydropower construction projects at present.In order to improve the construction quality of the project,all parties involved in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects have established a quality management system.At present,although there are some references to the construction quality assurance system of concrete projects,the literature on the construction of the on-site quality assurance system of construction units is not seen.The author summarizes and summarizes the system of quality assurance of construction units of water conservancy and hydropower projects from the perspective of construction management.
