摘要
粮食安全是实现国家经济发展、社会稳定、国家安全的重要基础,耕地是粮食生产的基本载体,保障粮食生产安全,要从耕地保护源头抓起。针对目前“非粮化、非农化”工作中日益突出的问题,本文研究采用无人机载LiDAR遥感技术开展耕地田坎识别与测算技术研究以及精度评价。通过借助机载LiDAR“可穿透植被缝隙”直达地表的技术优势,探测识别了耕地植被底下的田坎长、宽、高特征形态,同时与外业实测数据进行了精度对比验证。研究表明,在土地整理的新增耕地来源识别与测算工作中,基于机载LiDAR遥感技术得到的田坎信息精度指标满足相关技术要求,且相较常规测算方式其工作效率和精度大大提高,极大提升了土地整理工作的效率和准确度,可广泛应用于土地整理、土地全域综合整治等耕地保护工作中。
Food security is an important basis for national economic development,social stability and national security,and cultivated land is the material basis for grain production.Aiming at the increasingly prominent problem of“non-food and non-agricultural”,this paper studies the use of UAV-borne LiDAR technology to carry out farmland protection.With the aid of airborne LiDAR“can penetrate the vegetation analysis”direct technical advantages on the surface of the earth,can quickly detect the real surface morphology under the vegetation,recognition and measure to the cultivated land Tian Kan length,width and height of the morphological characteristics,address before land consolidation of new land or can't see,can't see,see no Tian Kan area,the problem such as height,can be cultivated land protecting national food security,Provide new mapping and remote sensing technology support.
