摘要
针对老旧建筑物竣工图纸缺失,无法为设计人员提供数据进行科学提升改造,传统测绘手段效率低、可视化差等问题,本文结合实际工程案例,采用两台Trimlbe X7站式三维激光扫描仪和大疆精灵4 RTK多旋翼无人机进行建筑物内外部数据采集;内业使用专业建模软件ContextCapture,以及点云处理软件TRW(Trimble Business Work)、AutoCAD Recap,进行点云配准、去噪、融合、数据格式转换等处理,使用T20天正建筑软件进行建筑物竣工图还原;通过与全站仪采集数据对比验证图纸精度。结果表明,绘制图纸尺寸中误差约为1.3 cm,满足设计人员对建筑物进行升级改造的精度要求。
In view of the lack of as built drawings of old buildings,which can not provide data for designers for scientific improvement and transformation,and the problems of low efficiency and poor visualization of traditional surveying and mapping methods,this paper uses two Trimlbe X7 station 3 D laser scanners and Dajiang spirit 4 RTK multi rotor UAV to collect internal and external data of buildings in combination with practical engineering cases.Professional modeling software contextcapture,point cloud processing software TRW and AutoCAD Recap software are used in the office for point cloud registration,noise removal,fusion,data format conversion and other processing,and T20 Tianzheng building software is used for restoration of building completion drawings.It verifies the drawing accuracy by comparing with the data collected by the total station.The results show that the mean square error of the drawing size is about 1.3 cm,which meets the accuracy requirements of the designers for the upgrading of buildings.
