基于中医素材的“课程思政”在护理人文修养叙事护理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中医院校本科护理人文修养“课程思政”教学改革与效果。方法:选取安徽中医药大学2018级201名护理本科生为研究对象,以课程思政理念为宗旨,利用中医院校丰富的中医药文化资源,将思政元素、中医素材与专业知识有机结合,借助于叙事护理教学法,运用形成性评价和过程性评价相结合的考核方式进行成绩评价,并通过自行设计问卷进行教学效果评价。结果:97.01%的学生对护理人文修养课程思政教学满意度为97.01%;97.01%的学生认为思政内容非常有助于课程学习,激发兴趣;96.52%的学生认为能从中医价值中提高人文关怀及沟通能力;97.01%的学生认为通过课程学习,坚定了专业认同感和自豪感;96.52%的学生认为通过课程学习,增强了人文关怀意识和共情能力。结论:基于中医素材的护理人文修养课程思政教学改革,通过多元化的教学方法及与思政元素有机融合的教学内容,有效实施了立德育人的浸润,有利于提高思政素养、人文关怀能力、沟通能力及共情能力。 Objective:To explore the teaching reform and effect of"Ideological and political course"on course of Humanity Cultivation for Nursing in undergraduate nursing students of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges.Methods:201 nursing undergraduates of grade 2018 in Anhui University of Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects.The course was taken the ideological and political concept of curriculum as the purpose,based on the rich cultural resources of traditional Chinese medicine in TCM colleges,organically combined by the elements of the ideological and political,traditional Chinese medicine materials and professional knowledge,with the help of narrative nursing teaching method,the grade evaluation system was combined with formative evaluation and process evaluation.The self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching ef fect.Results:97.01%of the students were satisfi ed with the ideological and political teaching of the course of Humanity Cultivation for Nursing;97.01%of the students thought that the ideological and political content was very helpful to learning the course and stimulate their interests;96.52%of the students thought that the humanistic care and communication ability could be improved from the value of traditional Chinese medicine;97.01%of the students thought that the professional identity and pride were strengthened through the course learning;96.52%of the students thought that the humanistic care consciousness and empathy ability were enhanced through the course learning.Conclusion:the ideological and political teaching reform of Humanity Cultivation for Nursing course based on traditional Chinese medicine materials ef fectively implements the infi ltration of moral education through diversifi ed teaching methods and teaching contents organically integrated with ideological and political elements,which is conducive to improving ideological and political quality,humanistic care ability,communication ability and empathy ability.
