摘要
目的:为中医院校开展创新创业教育,培养高素质的人才提供参考。方法:问卷调查、访谈法、文献分析法。结果:得到中医药创业者成功必备条件、人才培养与政策支持需求等。结论:提出中医院校培养创新创业人才应具备的业务资格,构建创新创业理论教学模式、实践教学模式及校企协同教学模式。
Objective:To provide reference for the development of innovative entrepreneurship education for Chinese medicine hospitals and the cultivation of high-quality talents.Methods:questionnaire survey,interview method,literature analysis method.Results:The necessary conditions for the success of Chinese medicine entrepreneurs,talent training and policy support needs.Conclusion:It is proposed that the innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivated by the Chinese hospitals should have the business qualifications,then establish the model of innovative entrepreneurship theory teaching,practical teaching and school-enterprise collaborative.
