从美国UCLA教学法谈高校教学质量建设 被引量:3

摘要 美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)医学教育水平全球领先。笔者通过在UCLA的访问学习,了解到该校以培养学生主动学习能力为宗旨的现代教育理念、以解决问题为导向的PBL-整合医学课程的教学模式、以合作学习为驱动的参与式教学策略、以评促学的学习评价体系。本文多方位、深层次地剖析UCLA教育教学特点,结合目前我国基础医学教学现状,探讨适宜我国国情又与国际接轨的高校教学法,为推进"双一流"建设及人才培养等提供参考。 Medical education at University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)is internationally advanced.As an visiting scholar in UCLA,the author learns that the modern educational philosophy was to develop students’active learning ability,the problem-oriented PBL-integrated medical course teaching mode was to promote learning through cooperative learning,and the learning evaluation system was to promote learning by means of participatory teaching strategy.In this paper,the teaching characteristics of UCLA education were analyzed in a multi-dimensional and in-depth way.Combined with the current situation of basic medical teaching in China,the teaching methods suitable for China’s national conditions and be geared to international standards were discussed,aimed to provide reference for the promotion of the World-class universities and world-class disciplines and personnel training’s system.
