摘要
对SLK6109纯电动公交客车车架的设计过程和各模块结构进行论述和分析。采用模块化、平台化、系列化设计方法和有效手段对车架进行优化设计,使用新材料高强度钢在确保汽车综合性能指标的前提下尽可能降低汽车产品自身质量,以达到减重、降耗、环保和安全的综合指标。
The design process of SLK6109 pure electric bus frame and the structure of each module are discussed and analyzed.Modularized,platformized,serialized design methods and effective means are used to optimize the design of the frame,and new material high-strength steel is used to reduce the quality of the automotive product as much as possible to ensure weight reduction comprehensive indicators of consumption,environmental protection and safety.
