信息地位、利益分殊与农民专业合作社“空壳化”运行的逻辑——基于两个农民专业合作社的比较分析

Information Status,Interest Divergence and The logic of Hollow-Operation of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative——Based on the comparative analysis of two Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives

本文以一个贫困县两个同类属性的农民专业合作社为例,通过对比分析政府、农民专业合作社与社员在农民专业合作社发展中的信息地位和利益差异,发现造成农民专业合作社"空壳化"运行的关键条件是三种主体间的信息不对称,根本原因是三种主体的利益分殊。基于此,解决三种主体间的信息不对称,促进三种主体利益的一致化是清理"空壳社"以规范农民专业合作社健康发展的主要方向。

The paper takes two farmers.specialized cooperatives with similar attributes in a poverty-stricken county as an example,through comparative analysis of the information status and interest divergences between the government,farmers.specialized cooperative and member of farmers.specialized cooperative in the development of farmers.professional cooperative,found that the key condition for the Hollow-Operation of specialized farmer cooperatives is the information asymmetry among the three subjects,the root cause is the interest divergence of the three subjects.For the above reasons,the main way to eliminate the Hollow-Operation status of farmers.professional cooperative and standardize the healthy development of it is to eliminate the information asymmetry and coordinate the interests of three subjects.
