摘要 为解决海上风力发电机组吊装工时长,整体吊装费用高昂的问题,提出在满足吊装工况,安全条件下通过优化吊装几个主要关键部件的摘钩条件。以海上某机型为研究对象,提出吊装工序上主要部件的吊装摘钩条件优化的研究及应用,通过有限元分析及现场实际验证,能有效的在满足现场正常安全的吊装施工条件下大幅度缩短机组的吊装工时周期,解决了现场吊装周期时间长,整体吊装费用高的问题,具有较好的经济效益和技术推广意义。 In order to solve the problem of long hoisting time and high overall hoisting cost of offshore wind turbine generator units,it is proposed to optimize the unhooking conditions of several key components during hoisting under the conditions of satisfying hoisting conditions and safety.Taking a model at sea as the research object,the research and application of optimization of lifting and unhooking conditions of main components in the lifting process are proposed.Through finite element analysis and on-site practical verification,the lifting man hour cycle of the unit can be effectively shortened under the normal and safe lifting construction conditions at the site,and the problem of long on-site lifting cycle and high overall lifting cost is solved,which has good economic benefits and technical promotion significance.
