摘要
真空式吸鱼泵是深远海养殖平台理想的活鱼输送设备。本文开展了真空式吸鱼泵工艺计算,设计了智能控制系统,研制了单筒真空式吸鱼泵,并开展了性能试验。试验结果表明,在吸程3.5m、真空集鱼筒内气体最低压力为-74 kPa的条件下,真空吸鱼泵一个吸/排周期为76s,鱼水输送量为85.3 t/h;在吸程3.5 m、高排3 m、真空集鱼筒内气体最低压力为-74 kPa的条件下,一个吸/排周期为95 s,鱼水输送量为68.2 t/h;一个吸/排周期中,真空集鱼筒内气体温度降低2℃~4℃,可输送体重为2 kg的鱼类,且确保鱼类无损伤。
The vacuum fish pump is an ideal equipment for the deep sea aquaculture platform to transport live fish.The process calculation is carried out and the intelligent control system is designed for the vacuum fish pump.The vacuum fish pump which is a single tank type is developed and then the performance experiment is carried out.The experiment results show that,under the condition of 3.5 m(suction height)and-74 kPa(minimum gas pressure in the tank of the process),the length of the suction/discharge cycle is 76 s,and the delivery rate of fish and water is 85.3 t/h.Under the condition of 3.5 m(suction height),3 m(pressure height)and-74 kPa(minimum gas pressure in the tank of the process),the length of the suction/discharge cycle is 95 s,and the delivery rate of fish and water is 68.2 t/h.In a suction/discharge cycle,the gas temperature in the tank is reduced by 2℃~4℃.The vacuum fish pump could transport fish weighing 2 kg,and the transported fish is not injured.
