摘要
中药鲜用是中医治病的特色之一,其临床应用贯穿于中医药学起源与发展的整个过程。通过统计鲜用中药的品种,对比中药鲜用与干用的化学成分、药理作用等,进一步归纳鲜用中药的现状及不足,使其在临床应用中得以更好地发挥。鲜用中药及制剂保持了药物的天然活性,具有活性成分量丰富、质量好、疗效快的特点,临床应用于一般疾病和疑难危重症等,在保护与利用鲜药资源的同时,规范鲜药的生产,促使其朝产业化、现代化方向发展,从而使得鲜药应用更广泛、更科学、更合理。
The fresh use of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the characteristics of TCM treatment,and its clinical application runs through the whole process of the origin and development of traditional Chinese medicine.By statistic the varieties of fresh Chinese medicine,compare the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of fresh and dry Chinese medicine,and further summarize the current situation and shortcomings of fresh Chinese medicine,so that it can be better played in clinical application.Fresh traditional Chinese medicine maintains the natural activity of the drug,has the characteristics of rich active ingredients,good quality and fast curative effect,clinical application of general diseases and difficult and critical diseases,and regulates the production of fresh medicine while protecting and utilizing fresh medicine resources.Promote its development towards industrialization and modernization,so that the application of fresh medicine is more extensive,more scientific and more reasonable.
