中国乒乓球队竞技优势保持的困境与策略研究

Research on the Dilemma and Strategy of Maintaining Competitive Advantage for the Chinese Table Tennis Team

面对中国乒乓球队在2024年巴黎奥运会、2028年洛杉矶奥运会,以及更长时间继续保持竞技优势的需要,运用访谈法、文献资料法和经验总结法,依据前人总结的中国乒乓球队取得成功的原因,梳理了中国乒乓球队继续保持竞技优势所面临的困境,并探明了中国乒乓球队保持优势的策略。研究认为,中国乒乓球队保持竞技优势所面临的困境包括:1)以往优势成因的延续性不足;2)乒乓球器材、规则与规程不断修改;3)其他协会年轻力量不断发展;4)全世界参与和关注程度偏低。中国乒乓球队保持竞技优势的策略包括:1)从已有的优势来扩大领先;2)依据以往经验创造新优势;3)优化球队后备梯队的建设;4)引领世界乒乓球共同发展。

Faced with the need for the Chinese table tennis team to maintain its competitive advantage in the 2024 Paris Olympics,2028 Los Angeles Olympics,and beyond,based on previous research on the reasons for the success of the Chinese table tennis team,this paper examines the challenges that the team faces in maintaining its competitive advantage and explores strategies for sustaining its dominance by using research methods of interview,literature review,and summarization of experience.This research suggests that the difficulties faced by the Chinese table tennis team in maintaining competitive advantages include:1)insufficient continuity of the causes of previous advantages;2)constant revision of table tennis equipment,rules,and regulations;3)constant growth of the young generation of other associations;4)low level of global participation and attention.The strategies for the Chinese table tennis team to maintain competitive advantages include:1)expanding its lead from existing advantages;2)creating new advantages based on past experience;3)optimizing the construction of team reserve echelons;4)leading the common development of table tennis in the world.
