全民健身视域下排舞发展的模式选择 被引量:12

Strategic Choice for the Development Mode of Line Dance from the Perspective of National Fitness: Based on AHP-SWOT Analysis

摘要 以全民健身上升为国家重要战略机遇为背景,运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、层次分析法(AHP)、SWOT分析法,分别从优势、劣势、机会、威胁4个维度对我国排舞在全民健身活动中的发展情况进行分析,综合阐述排舞在内外部不同影响因素组合中如何进行模式选择。研究表明:排舞发展的模式选择为S-O模式、S-T模式、O-W模式和W-T模式。应采取充分发挥排舞本身的优势,抓住发展的良好机遇的增长型模式(S-O、S-T模式);选择致力于发展理论科研,将劣势转化为优势的稳定型模式(O-W模式);采用减少内部缺点又避免外部环境威胁的紧缩型模式(W-T)等促进排舞发展。通过对排舞在全民健身活动中的发展模式分析,从政策、教育、社会监管、推广体系及赛事等角度提出合理化建议。 Taking the rise of national fitness as an strategic opportunity,this study uses the methods of literature,Delphi,AHP and SWOT to analyze the development of Chinese Line Dance in the national fitness activities from the four dimensions of strength,weakness,opportunities and threat,and comprehensively explains how to make strategic choices in the combination of different internal and external factors.The research shows that the strategic choices for the development of Line Dance are S-O strategy,S-T strategy,O-W strategy and W-T strategy.We should adopt the growth strategies(S-O,S-T strategy)that give full play to the advantages of Line Dance itself and seizes good opportunities for development.The stable strategy(O-W strategy)should be chosen that devotes itself to developing theoretical research and transforming disadvantages into advantages.The tight strategy(W-T)should be adopted to reduce internal shortcomings and avoid external environmental threat to promote the development of Line Dance.Through the analysis of the developmental strategy of Line Dance in the National Fitness activities,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions from the perspectives of policies,education,social supervision,promotion system and competitions.
