摘要
中医住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)自2014年至今,已基本完成了建立中医住培制度的既定目标。中医住培工作将由制度体系建设向内涵建设迈进,中医住培教学模式和方法需要与时俱进,在原有基础上进行升华和改良。鉴于目前中医住培轮转科室较多、师资水平参差不齐、教学资源相对紧缺等不足,提出住本联动教学小组培训模式,通过建立“指导医师、二阶段轮转的住院医师、一阶段轮转的住院医师、本科实习生”的教学小组,开展日常诊疗活动、临床教学培训、教学活动、培训考核等,对提高中医住院医师的临床知识水平和实践操作技能、诊疗思路、中医思维培养等意义重大,住本联动自开展以来已取得良好效果。
The standardized training for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)residents(referred to as"residency training")has been carried out since 2014,and the goal of establishing a TCM residency training system has been basically accomplished.The work of TCM residency training will move forward from institutional system construction to connotation construction.The teaching mode and method of TCM residency training need to keep pace with the times,and sublimate and improve on the original basis.In view of the current shortage of TCM residency training,such as the large number of rotating departments,the uneven level of teachers,and the relative shortage of teaching resources,the"resident doctor-undergraduate linkage"teaching group training mode is proposed,by establishing a teaching group of"clinic teachers,second-stage of residents,first-stage of residents or undergraduate interns",to carry out daily diagnosis and treatment activities,clinical teaching training and teaching activities,and exam assessment,etc.Those ways are of great significance to improve the clinical knowledge level,practical operation skills and diagnosis and treatment thinking,and to cultivate TCM thinking of TCM residents.Since the launch of"resident doctor-undergraduate linkage",it has made remarkable achievements.
