新进展文献介绍在临床病理科专业住院医师规范化培训中的探索

New teaching method exploration of reporting the literature on advances of clinical pathology by pathology residents in pathology residency training

目的住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)体系在我国基本建成,各培训基地在具体实施过程中存在一定的差异。有必要探讨如何提高临床病理科住院医师的培训质量和岗位胜任力。方法中山大学附属第一医院临床病理科专业培训基地发挥住院医师主动性,经过住院医师介绍临床病理科专业新进展文献的教学方法,提升住院医师综合素质与专业水平。结果通过2年的住院医师介绍临床病理科专业新进展文献后,住院医师反馈对教学效果较满意,提高了住院医师对临床病理科专业的学习热情和积极性。结论通过发挥住院医师的主动性,指导住院医师介绍临床病理科专业新进展文献的带教方式,可提高临床病理科专业住培的教学水平,为国家培养出更多高素质、综合型的临床病理科医师。

Objective Our country has formed a relative systematic standardized training system for residents(here in after referred as"residency training"),but there are still some differences and heterogeneities in each training base.It is necessary to consider how to improve the quality of training for clinical pathology residents and the competency of residents in clinical pathology department.Methods Our clinicopathology base for residency training tries to give full play for residents’subjective initiative in clinical pathological residency training,and improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of residents through introducing the clinical pathological progress literature by residents themselves.Results After two years training of introduction on latest clinical pathology literature by residents,the feedback revealed that the teaching effect was relatively satisfactory,and the residents’activity and enthusiasm for learning clinical pathology were improved.Conclusion By activating the initiative of resident physicians and using the teaching method of instructing resident physicians to introduce the clinical pathology progress literature,the teaching level of clinical pathology residency training can be improved,and more high-quality and comprehensive pathologists can be cultivated in our country.
