摘要
该文基于中国医师协会发布的《住院医师规范化培训临床小讲课指南(2021年版)》,围绕开展临床小讲课的四个核心步骤:需求分析、内容准备、小讲课实施、效果评价与改进进行解读,并针对临床教学的主要问题,围绕重点实施环节进行说明。
This paper interprets the four core steps of clinical small lectures:demand analysis,content preparation,small lecture implementation,and effect evaluation and improvement based on Guideline for Clinical Small Lectures for Residency Training(2021 Edition)issued by Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CDMA).In addition,the article also expounds and explains how to conduct the key implementation steps around the main problems of clinical teaching.
