“三农”现代化与乡村旅游的时空耦合

Spatio-temporal Coupling Between Modernization of ‘Agriculture, Rural Areas and Rural Tourism’

基于重庆市三峡库区22个县区2009—2019年社会经济统计数据,构建“三农”现代化与乡村旅游耦合评价指标体系,借助SPSS 23、ArcGis,耦合协调模型、熵权法等测算2个系统综合评价指数、耦合度及耦合协调度,深入剖析其耦合格局、时空分异及驱动诱因。结果表明:综合评价指数方面,2个系统平稳增长,属极弱发展水平;县区间发展不均衡,层级极化效应明显,属乡村旅游滞后型。时空耦合方面,耦合度、耦合协调度平稳上升,由低等向中等演进;耦合度分异明显、耦合协调度迥异,协同效应属中等水平。顶层设计描振兴蓝图,基层探索谋乡村“三化”,亟需优化耦合协调发展长效机制,推进其向“高耦合-高协调”良性共振阶段演进。

Based on the social and economic statistical data of 22counties and districts in Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing from 2009to 2019,the coupling evaluation index system of modernization of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and rural tourism was constructed.The comprehensive evaluation index,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two systems were calculated by using SPSS 23,ArcGIS,coupling coordination model and entropy weight method.The coupling pattern,temporal and spatial differentiation and driving factors were analyzed.The results showed that,comprehensive evaluation index,the two systems grew steadily,which belonged to extremely weak development level.The development of county was not balanced,and the polarization effect was obvious,which belonged to the rural tourism lagging type.Spatio-temporal coupling,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree rised steadily,from low to medium evolution.The coupling degree was different,the coupling coordination degree was different,and the synergistic effect was medium level.The top-level design described the revitalization blueprint,and the basic level explores the countryside modernization of‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers’.It was urgent to optimize the long-term mechanism of coupling and coordinated development and promote its evolution to the benign resonance stage of‘high coupling and high coordination’.
