摘要
为解决市政工程项目建设周期紧、运维要求高、管理数据来源多、信息化管理程度参差不齐、项目管理难度大等问题,本文从工程全生命周期一体化建设管理的角度出发,基于BIM+GIS技术,重点研究了BIM与工程数据、管理流程的集成应用以及系统架构与系统功能,自主研发了市政工程规建管一体化平台,集成工程设计管理、质量管理、进度管理、安全管理、视频监控、设施运维等模块,融合BIM与GIS模型,以可视化模型为载体,实现工程设计、施工、运维的可视化、一体化管理,并在成都天府国际空港新城起步区道路工程PPP项目试点应用,提高了工程的管理效率及智能化水平。
The municipal engineering projects have faced challenges as tight construction cycle,high requirements of operation,numerous sources of construction management data,uneven level of information management and great difficulties in project management.In order to manage the whole process of projects,combining with BIM and GIS technology,this paper focuses on the system and functional architecture of the integrated application of BIM,engineering data and management process,and an integrated platform in municipal engineering for planning,construction and management has independently been designed and developed.The platform has integrated modules with design management,quality management,schedule management,video monitoring and utilities and infrastructure management.The platform focuses on integration of BIM and GIS,using visualized models as the core carrier,so as to realize the integrated and visualization management of engineering design,construction,operation and maintenance.The integrated platform has been applied to the PPP item of road project in the starting area of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport New City.The management efficiency and intellectualized level have been improved.
