永城矿区大埋深、中厚煤层无煤柱开采实践

Practice of Non Pillar Mining in Large and Medium Thick Coal Seam in Yongcheng Mining Area

随着永城矿区大部分矿井陆续进入深部开采,矿压、水害、瓦斯及采掘接替紧张等问题日渐突出,严重制约着矿井安全高效开采。为摆脱困境,永煤集团紧紧抓住无煤柱开采这个"牛鼻子"并进行了深入研究,取得了技术上的重大突破,在永城矿区大埋深、中厚煤层条件下获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。本文首先介绍了无煤柱开采的概念和优势,接着介绍了无煤柱掘进及巷旁柔膜充填和切顶卸压沿空留巷(110工法)等无煤柱开采技术的研究与推广应用情况,其中,重点提出了大采长工作面+切顶卸压沿空留巷即"120工法",并对其优势进行了分析说明,最后对各种无煤柱开采方法给予了评价并对在全国推广进行了展望。

With the deep mining of the mine in Yongchang coal mine,the pressure of mining,water and gas,and the situation of mining and replacement are becoming more and more serious.In order to get rid of the difficult situation,Yongcheng coal electricity holding group company grabbed the non coal pillar to exploit the nose and carried out a thorough study,and achieved a breakthrough,and got excellent economic and social benefits.This paper first introduces the concept and advantages of non pillar mining,then it introduces the research and application of no pillar mining,roadside soft film filling and roof cutting and gob side entry retaining(110 construction method).Among them,the key is to put forward the"120 construction method",namely the large mining face and the top cutting pressure and gob side entry retaining,and its advantages are analyzed.Finally,all kinds of non pillar mining methods are evaluated and the prospects for nationwide popularization are prospected.
