摘要
目的:明确安徽省直播稻田杂草千金子、稗草对氰氟草酯的抗性水平并开展药剂筛选,为稻田千金子、稗草等抗性杂草治理提供防除依据。方法:采用整株生物测定法分别测定采自安徽省直播稻田抗性高发区域8个千金子和稗草种群对氰氟草酯的抗性水平,并分别对高抗千金子种群AL-9和稗草种群AE-7进行防除药剂筛选,明确其对不同作用机理的多种新型除草剂的敏感性。结果:供试千金子种群AL-2、AL-7、AL-8、AL-9与稗草种群AE-2、AE-5、AE-6、AE-7、AE-8、AE-9均对氰氟草酯产生高水平抗性,抗性指数为15.9~30.4,GR_(50)为358.36~678.30 g a.i./hm^(2)。高抗千金子种群AL-9对氟酮磺草胺、双唑草腈、丙炔噁草酮、双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和嗪吡嘧磺隆较敏感,其GR_(50)分别为16.62、99.48、35.16、104.37、76.27、48.08 g a.i./hm^(2);高抗稗草种群AE-7对氯氟吡啶酯、嗪吡嘧磺隆敏感,GR_(50)分别为37.91、45.84 g a.i./hm^(2);AL-9与AE-7均对五氟磺草胺、噁唑酰草胺、唑草胺及二氯喹啉草酮不敏感。结论:安徽省直播稻田千金子、稗草种群对氰氟草酯产生高水平抗性,该结果可为生产实践中直播稻田千金子和稗草的抗性治理提供参考依据。
Objective:To clarify the resistance level of L.chinensis and E.crus-galli to cyhalofop-butyl in direct seeding fields in Anhui Province and to carry herbicides screening,and provide basis for the control of resistant weeds of in L.chinensis and E.crus-galli in paddy fields.Methods:The resistance levels of eight populations of L.chinensis amd E.crus-gallicollected from the high resistance areas of direct seeding rice in Anhui Province to cyhalofop-butyl were determined by the whole-plant bioassay response experiment,and the control agents of highly resistant L.chinensis AL-9 and E.crus-galli AE-7 were screened to clarify their sensitivity to various new herbicides with different action mechanisms.Results:That the tested L.chinensis AL-2,AL-7,AL-8,AL-9 and E.crus-galli AE-2,AE-5,AE-6,AE-7,AE-8,AE-9 had high resistance to Cyhalofop-butyl,with resistance indexes were 15.9-30.4 and GR_(50)of 358.36-678.30 g a.i./hm^(2).The highly resistant L.chinensis population AL-9 was sensitive to tiafamone,pyraclonil,oxadiargyl,benzobicyclon,oxaziclomefon and metazosulfuron,and its GR_(50)was 16.62,99.48,35.16,104.37,76.27,48.08 g a.i./hm^(2).The highly E.crus-galli population AE-7 with high resistance to was sensitive to florpyrauxifen-benzyl and metazosulfuron,with GR_(50)of 37.91 g a.i./hm^(2)and 45.84 g a.i./hm^(2).AL-9 and AE-7 were not sensitive to penoxsulam,metamifop,isoxaflutole and quintrione.Conclusion:Part of L.chinensis and E.crus-galli in Anhui Province have high level resistance to cyhalofop-butyl.The results can provide a reference for the resistance control of resistance to L.chinensis and E.crus-galli in direct seeding rice field in production practice.
