摘要 运维和检修工作是特高压变电站生产工作最重要的环节。高效有序地完成运维和检修工作,是特高压变电站"精益化管理"的目标之一。虚拟现实技术可以不受时空、天气等因素限制,实现移动终端实时回传、调用现场设备数据,方便运维人员巡视工作,提高巡视、排查、维护的效率;也可不间断监视检修现场的安全措施执行情况,确保生产安全;同时可结合机器人技术对远程操作设备的过程进行监控或由机器人进行操作,并可进行远程技术指导,替代检修人员从事高风险任务,提升运检业务水平。 Operation and maintenance is the most important part in the UHV substation. Efficient and orderly operation and maintenance work is one of the goals of "lean management" in UHV substation. Virtual reality technology wolud not be limited by time, weather and other factors, it can realize the mobile terminal’s real-time transmission and transfer of field equipment data, which facilitates the inspection work of operation and maintenance personnel, and improves the efficiency of inspection,investigation, and maintenance;It can also continuously monitor the implementation of safety measures at the maintenance site to ensure production safety;at the same time the process of remote operation can be supervised with robot technology or devices can be operated by robot directly, technical guidance will be provided remotely, high-risk tasks can be engaged in instead of maintenance workers, and the level of the operation and maintenance would be improved.
